What is an Item Upgrader in Pokemon Go?

The item upgrader adds an additional widget to the top of both the Angel and Cash Upgrade Windows. The Manager is priced at 33 billion Angel Investors and offers no benefits to gameplay other than making it easier to see and purchase upgrades.

Boosters

Costs

Upgrades come with certain costs associated with them. The first is the cost for the upgrade. This cost depends on the item's new ilvl and the number of perks it receives, and can be expensive. Upgrades to a higher level (such as Explorer to Champion or Veteran to Heroic) can be costly.
