You can also use the hood to block rain and wind, but it isn't particularly waterproof. It's a single stroller, but you can attach their Comfort Wheeled Board (not included) to give your child more legroom. It took around 20 minutes to assemble the bassinet, and the same amount of time to convert it into the seat.
