Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can boost the stats of a piece of gear and at times even add additional features. The value of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random augmentations that are applied.
For instance, the top racial shield Razortail is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorb function in PvP, or to add additional defenses to missile-based designs in PvM. This makes it more tradeable over the unupgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens are a way to reroll a purchased item like a weapon, armor or ring. The item is swapped for one of the same type with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens can be an efficient method of upgrading equipment. They don't maintain the original item's level and any wasted resources won't get compensated.
The survivors can acquire reroll tokens via a variety of methods, including from the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They are also available in chests and crates or purchase them at the market for $150 each. Reroll tokens are used to alter the attributes of an item of equipment for example, increasing the damage it can cause.
Players can roll their equipment into three aspects that include physical power, magical power and health. Upgrades to physical power increase the damage caused by weapons and melee attack while upgrades to spell power boost mage attacks and the ring. Health upgrades provide the player with an additional level of health.
There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare and legendary. Each of these upgrades the item to higher quality. To make them, you require an upgrade level token for rerolling. Upgrades that are enhanced require a standard item, while rare upgrades require a special or legendary item and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
Unlike other special tokens and markers that are placed on Action spaces, the reroll marker remains on the spot until the next successful result is rerolled. This is a way to prevent the waste of upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes that show up at the beginning of each Preparation phase. They can be opened with Interact by pressing on them. When they are opened, they display an explanation and icon for the Appliance or Ingredient. The restaurant's shop will trade blueprints for a brand new appliance or ingredient for a small amount.
During a run, blueprints can be transferred between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on chosen Franchise Cards. This changes the kind of blueprints that a restaurant's shop has available to reroll and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and other accessories. These are special stones that increase the quality of an item by increasing its stats and attributes. Players can locate these items by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the main towns. They can purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a cost. In addition, players can get these stones by completing daily contracts.
To upgrade gear, the player must first locate the item then click the "level up button". This will display a list of the item's level, and what it will become after being upgraded. It will also display the amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the item. The number of Growth Stones needed to upgrade the item is determined by its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor requires only one Growth Stone.
After deciding what to upgrade, players must then select the number of green Growth Stones they wish to use and pay the appropriate cost. Once the player has met the requirements, he can select the upgrade option and apply the Growth Stones. The item will be raised in level by a specific percentage. Depending on the rarity of the
item upgrading and rarity, the upgrade process could take between seconds and minutes.
The upgrade process is also completely risk-free and does not affect the durability of the item. This makes the system an excellent way for players to gain an advantage in combat without putting stress on their bank account. By clicking on the "transfer tab", players can also transfer the experience and progress of an upgraded item onto the new gear.
The process of obtaining Growth Stones in Throne and Liberty can be a challenge for new players. There are many ways to obtain these stones. You can finish contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, obtain them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book or get them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Additionally players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is an option that allows you to boost the stats of weapons and armor. You can also upgrade trinkets and helms. It is achieved by combining an item with upgrades at the Upgrade Station and paying a fee of Happy Stars or Happy Tickets. The process will consume upgrade materials and grant the item an upgrade level, giving the item an additional boost in the area. This process can be repeated until the maximum level for an item has been reached.
Items with upgraded base stats display an icon of blue in their slot. Unlike enchantments, however, upgrade components cannot be stacked against each other, and can only be added to one item at one time. Additionally each upgrade component will require a certain number of items to be added and an initial amount for the equipment.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can choose to add an item to be upgraded. On the right, previews show what the gear will look like at its next level. When a player has enough materials and has pressed the yellow arrow will begin the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time the item is upgraded, its stats will be increased by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19.
When an item reaches its maximum level and is no longer upgraded, it does not have the option of upgrading. When an item attains a certain upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track will be discounted.
Upgrade components are a form of equipment that can be inserted into armor, weapons trinkets, trinkets, or gathering tools to provide an attribute bonus or extra effect when the equipment is equipped. They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be changed by acquiring new ones. However, this can ruin the previous upgrade.
Requirements
Item upgrades give players the ability to increase certain stats of weapons and armor that they currently have equipped. The requirements for upgrading an item vary depending on the type of item, but typically you'll need Dilithium and a variety of Upgrade Tokens (various options available).
The items can be upgraded by adding upgrade components to equipment and weapons. These will provide more effects or an improved item level. These upgrades can be obtained through a variety of sources in the game, including crafting, bought at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses or raids, or collected from dungeons. Once an upgrade component has been inserted into an object, it cannot be removed or replaced. However the glyphs can be swapped freely.
Upgrades can boost an item's Mark Level or Rarity. Certain upgrade components have additional modifiers that can increase the stats of the item.
The helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" For instance, increases defense base and gives an additional 20 percent chance to block. In addition the dps enhancement "Wildfire" increases weapon damage.
Upgrades can be beneficial to certain items, but they are not because they increase stats. They are more valuable for the players when they achieve the perfect roll. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for example is highly coveted by the melee PvP communities and could be worth up to 20-50 times that of the unupp'd version.
When you select an upgrade component to be inserted into an
Item upgrader kit the game will show an in-game window that lists the necessary requirements. These include the type of item (either weapon or armor), the tier of that item, the
upgrade item Token needed, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.
The game will add an
item upgrading in your inventory after you have fulfilled the requirements for an upgrade. The progress bar will update to show how close to getting the upgrade completed. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
