Why Buy a Double Running Buggy?
Traditional strollers are great for daily use, but if want to go running with your children, you'll require a
double running stroller-running buggy. These are specially designed for jogging and come with large wheels, air-filled tires, and often a front lockable wheel to provide suspension.
For jogging infrequently models such as the Mountain Buggy Duet or Out'n'About Nipper Sport Double V4 will perform. Hard-core runners may prefer the
double pushchairs for running, like Thule's Thule cheetah 2.
Safety
A
double buggy travel system running buggy has three or four wheels (like a standard pram) but they are often larger, with the front wheel locking for added suspension and control. The majority of
pushchair double running buggy handles come with brakes (similar to those found on bikes) to allow you to quickly stop your buggy. Many also have wrist straps to ensure safety. You'll also find some have a slightly reclined seat for added comfort when your children are taking a nap or eating. Remember that babies should be at least nine months old before jogging with them in a stroller, and only when they're comfortable for long durations of time.
