The Roo+ comes with a quick-start guide, and is easy to use. It snaps together easily and takes less than 10 minutes to be road-ready. It does not have a canopy built in and you'll have to bring your own sunshades for your children if they require extra protection from the elements.

During our tests, we noticed that the Roo+ was a dual stroller that was able to handle. It can maneuver through all terrains, but it has issues on grassy areas and over gravel. It can be difficult to navigate over and up curbs that are 1 inch high. We wouldn't recommend taking this stroller off-road or on stairs, however it does provide excellent suspension to reduce bumps for passengers.

Although the Roo+ has a large under-seat storage container however, it's hard to access without removing infant car seats. This is a common problem with twin frame strollers, but Joovy offers an additional baby carrier bag under the seat to help address this issue.

In contrast to top-scoring strollers the Roo+ doesn't have a self-standing fold or cup holders. It's a small price to pay for car seat and pram 2 in 1 storage and seat compatibility, but we would prefer a stroller with a bit more flexibility. The stroller's versatility in seating configuration is a big benefit. Parents can place their infant car seats either the opposite direction or in the same direction, depending on their preferences.

The LX Side by Side is a lightweight, compact stroller that is easy to push and turn. Its frame is short, it has with swivel wheels in the front and padded shoulder pads make for an easy ride. It's comfortable for all passengers with a multi-position recline seat and parent cup holder.

It also comes with a large canopy in European style that provides shade from the sun as well as some protection against light winds. It also comes with two storage bags as well as a five-point safety harness and two storage bags.
