Our test participants found that the Nipper double buggy sale was incredibly easy to maneuver, even when walking on uneven ground or turning fast in an area with a lot of traffic. The feature that the seats can be reclined independently was hugely appreciated.

The hoods were also easy to adjust for wind or sun protection. They didn't provide the same amount of coverage as the Baby Jogger City Mini Hoods. It might be worth carrying an extra rain cover in case.

Overall, our testers were impressed with the way the Nipper Double made it possible for them to take their twins Sydney and Lyla to all sorts of adventures, from spotting wildlife in the woods to running to the park for a playdate. Our testers were also amazed with how spacious and comfortable the two seats are. There is plenty of room to stretch out for toddlers who are growing. The lack of parent-facing seating and the inability to use car seat on this buggy were both noted as a disadvantage by our testers. They would have liked to see a larger storage area for shopping and other gear.
