1. Baby Jogger City Tour Double

lightweight double stroller double buggies on the market, weighing just 14lb when folded. This makes it ideal to travel with a toddler and newborn as you won't be exceeding the luggage allowances of airlines. It also folds to the size of a bag for travel so you can tuck it away in the back of your car when it's not when you're not using it.
The one-handed, Z-shape folding is a breeze and it's extremely compact once you get the hang of it. It takes a few only a few seconds to unfold. Our tester found the auto-lock a bit confusing, and because the handlebar does not lock into place when you push it, it hit her leg when she was using it. She also thought the handlebar was on the shorter side. This is especially true when a large changing bag hangs from it.
This

all terrain double stroller-in-one travel system.
The four tires made of rubber are great for pavements and urban terrain. However, they're not made for off-roading. They had a hard time with long grass and gravel and there was not enough clearance between the wheel bracket and wheel which meant that mud could get stuck easily. Our tester loved this vehicle, and it was able to climb some pretty hillocks that were muddy.

The hoods were also simple to adjust for wind or sun protection. Our test subjects did notice, however, that they didn't provide the same amount of coverage when compared to similar to the Baby Jogger City Mini hoods which is why it's worth packing a rain cover in case of need.
Overall, our test participants loved the way that the Nipper Double made it possible for them to take their twins Sydney and Lyla on a variety of adventures, from spotting wildlife in the woods, to rushing to the park for a quick playdate. The testers were also awed with how spacious and comfortable the two seats are. There is plenty of room for growing toddlers. Our testers did mention that the lack of parent-facing seating and inability to use car seats in this buggy was a drawback, and they would have liked to have more storage space to store shopping items and other accessories.
