The hood, for instance is able to snap onto the YOYO2 in a reassuring manner. It is also machine washable at 30 degrees, which helps to prevent stains caused by smushed rice cakes and carrot puffs. The Newborn Pack and bassinet can be used from birth as prams. It can also be transformed into a stroller after 6 months with the YOYO connect other chassis.

2. Evenflo Pivot Xplore

Evenflo Pivot Xplore stroller wagon is a great option for parents who are looking for a stroller that is versatile. The Evenflo Pivot Xplore can be transformed from a stroller to the wagon by turning the handle. Parents can then decide which one is the best fit for their journey. The wagon can fit two or three children ranging from 6 months to 5 years old. It has a large storage basket that will hold all your necessities while on the go.

The Xplore also features dual canopies that turn from front to back, providing ample sun protection for all family members. It has a smaller footwell than other wagons. This isn't ideal for long drives or naps.

The frame on the Xplore feels sturdy and solid, although it does not have the same flexibility as other wagons we tried. It is also more difficult than other wagons to fold and it isn't able to lock securely when folded. It is easy to maneuver however, and can be able to fit through narrow 28-inch doors.

3. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side

This basic double stroller from Delta Children is an excellent option for parents who want a budget-friendly secondary travel stroller. It scored high in our Strollers & Multiples Test for weight and folded dimensions, which means it's lightweight and compact when folded and easy to carry and put in a trunk of a car. It also offers a multi-position reclining seat and an adult cup holder. Other key features include two large hanging storage bags as well as 360-degree front wheels that absorb shock.

It did better in our push and turn test than most of the strollers we tested, but was still difficult to maneuver over uneven terrain or through narrow doors. Its sunshades were among the smallest of all strollers we tested. They only cover the top and do not feature peekaboo windows. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 and Zoe Twin+ have larger sunshades.

The front wheels can be locked in a forward position or allow them to swivel which is helpful when traversing rough terrain. We let the front wheels to swivel on our walk along a stony path. It handled this reasonably well, although it seemed a little rougher.

5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2

Baby Jogger is most well-known for its 3-wheeled all-terrain jogging strollers. But they also manufacture a vast range of 4-wheeler pushchairs. City Tour 2 is their most well-known model. It folds easily and can fit into the car's boot even with an attached carrycot.

It weighs more than other strollers we've tested, but because it has rubber composite wheels, it feels sturdy and well-constructed. It is easy to maneuver on different terrains and even with two children, a shopping bag and other items.

Both the carrycot and seat have hoods that are able to be lower to reveal UV50and sun canopy extensions. They are sturdy and waterproof, unlike other prams hoods which can be blown back into toddlers' faces.

It's not a lot of storage space, but it comes with a large basket deep enough to accommodate a changing bag or a large amount of groceries. It can also be used with the Baby Jogger car seat for infants who weigh 20 pounds or less (car single seat stroller and adapters are available separately). If you require a stroller that can be used on the road, then the City Tour 2 is an excellent option.

6. Nuna Mixx Next

This budget-friendly pushchair is simple to operate and features an excellent dual suspension. It folds with one hand and comes with a convenient carrying strap. It's also super lightweight and sturdy. The seat can be reclined to many different positions. It also has a double-breathable mattress built in that is suitable for infants.

The canopy/seat has two extra-large fixed or flip-out sun visors and both are UPF50+. However the toggle closure isn't ideal - it's not as silent as Velcro and can wake sleepy babies.
