I've found that any plush carpet that the robot passes will come into contact with the Velcro-like fastener system on the mount, and that can cause abrasions.

The app also lets you to schedule cleanings, track the life of batteries and maintenance on components. You'll need to jump through a series of steps to activate voice control on this model. This is a shame considering how well-performing it is otherwise.
