These multitaskers are a great option for those looking to get mopping off their to-do list. They feature impressive mapping capabilities and obstacle avoidance capabilities, and some wash and refill their own mopping pads to give themselves a hands-off clean.

The Eufy S1 Pro

This is the model you need to choose if you want an automatic vacuum and mop robot vacuum cleaner (Humanlove said in a blog post) that can also mop. It's smaller than the other options on this list which makes it easier to maneuver in tight corners and under furniture. It uses a 220 degree lidar, which when combined with its 3D Matrix camera system gives it some of the most effective navigation and object avoidance I've ever seen in a robotic vacuum. It has a 4600mAh battery which can last up to 170 minutes if cleaning and sucking are set to standard mode. (It can run longer on turbo). It can even return to its dock to replenish its battery in mid-clean.

It's extremely fast and does an excellent job of cleaning my two bedroom apartment. It vacuums carpeted rooms quickly and hardwood floors in the kitchen, living room, and hallways with just one motion. Its 8,000pa motor is able to pick up dirt hair, pet hair, and droppings with ease. Carpet detection automatically increases power when it detects rugs and the dual side brush assists in removing debris from corners.

The mopping performance, while still impressive, is not as good. The mop rotates quickly and utilizes 2.2lbs to remove dirt and stains. I've noticed that the front arms stick out a bit more than other robots, which can be helpful for getting into tight corners and along baseboards. The front arms can also be used to scoop up larger debris such as books and toys that have been damaged.

The S1 Pro is also one of the quietest robot mops and vacuums I've used. It is quieter and doesn't create as much noise when mopping or vacuuming. The S1 Pro is only limited by the fact that it must use a proprietary mopping solution and is sold separately. It is easy to install and performs well. However, if you are buying this robot vacuum solely for mopping you must pay attention to this.

The Roborock Q Revo

The Q Revo is different from other robot vacuums in its class. It is a powerful cleaner with a wide range of features.

The device comes with an impressive and powerful cleaning system that integrates LiDAR sensors and an RGB camera to map the house and identify furniture and other obstacles. It can then use this information to clean effectively and effectively. This ensures an even and thorough clean, while also being relatively fast.

In terms of mopping, the Q Revo's DuoRoller mop pads are capable of reaching a wide range of surfaces. They can reach corners, baseboards, and other hard-to-reach spots. The side brush can be stretched to reach the floor near to the walls or other fixtures. The mop pads are also washable and can be dried to remove odors and prevent buildup.

App-based customization is a different interesting feature. The Q Revo lets you alter the suction strength and select either a back-and-forth or a random pattern. You can also choose the number of passes which will determine how quickly it can move around your home. You can also disable the side brush to avoid damaging carpets and rug.

The device has a expensive price tag, but it is packed with a wide array of smart features. It is important to remember, however, that the device is subject to recurring expenses in the form mopping supplies and regular maintenance. For instance, a brushroll needs to be replaced every six to twelve months or after 300 hours. The filter is recommended to be cleaned after 150 hours, and the mop pads must be replaced every one to three months.

This robotic vacuum cleaner has a high rating on Amazon and comes with a wide variety of physical automation features. These include a power button that doubles as a general 'Clean button as well as a Home' button that will send it back to its base station once it has completed its cleaning task. It also has a multi-functional dock that automatically emptys the dustbin, refills its water tank to mop and washes and dries its mop pads.

The Shark Matrix Plus

The Shark Matrix Plus will be an ideal option for busy professionals or anyone who needs to keep their home neat without spending too much time doing chores. It's a top-performing device, smart navigation, and a long battery life that makes it easy to keep your home tidy with minimal effort.

The Matrix Plus is a 2-in-1 robot vacuum and mop, that is, it can do mopping and vacuuming. The robot is divided into two components that include a dry bin as well as a water tank that can be snapped out and in and a mopping module that is equipped with microfiber pads. It's a bit old-fashioned to have separate modules for mopping and vacuuming, but it does mean that you don't need to worry about changing out disposable bags or refilling the tank of water.

The Matrix Plus performed well at both vacuuming and mopping. Its most impressive feature was its accurate map of your floorplan that it uses to determine a route when cleaning. This made it easy for the Matrix Plus to navigate around furniture, rugs, and other obstacles. The app also gives you the option to set "No-Go zones" as well as virtual barriers that help to shield specific areas of your home from being swept with mop.

We also discovered that the Matrix Plus did surprisingly well in picking up pet hair. It was able capture a large amount of hair our cats shed and even was able to get into the nooks and crannies of our stairs which other robots struggled. The noise levels of the robot were low and there were lovely jingles that signal that it was beginning and finishing its work.

The biggest flaws were its lack of sophistication and the necessity to change out the modules whenever switching between vacuuming and mopping. The app can't keep multiple maps. This could be an issue if your home has a variety of floors. The Matrix Plus robot hoover is a excellent choice for those who are looking for a smart device that can mop and vacuum.

The Yiko X1 Omni

The X1 Omni is the most expensive robot vacuum that mops in our review, but it also has distinct features that make it worth considering. The X1 Omni is notable for its enormous dock that serves as a charging base for the robot, a sink for cleaning and two water tanks of 4 liters. It also houses a 2.5-liter dustbin and the 2.5 dust bin that is 2.5 liters.

The base comes with several control buttons, which allow you to manually start cleaning tasks and then recall the robot or run the dock’s auto-emptying procedure. Press two of the buttons to turn off a child lock, which is a nice option for parents concerned about kids tinkering with the vacuum.

The X1 Omni, like other robotic vacuums, uses its camera to spot obstacles and furniture that are in its path. It will stay clear of them. Its True Mapping 2.0 navigation system maps your home 10 times faster than standard laser detection systems and is four times more accurate at finding objects.

This can cause the X1 to become stuck when it gets entangled in a blockage like the power cable that is draped over a rug. It won't work until you remove it manually. Although this is not a common occurrence however, it was a gruelling experience when it did happen particularly since the X1 Omni doesn't have an "stuck" status alert on its app.

Another possible issue is the X1 Omni's inability to automatically switch between mopping and vacuuming modes during cleaning. You'll have to manually switch between the two modes, which isn't that bad but the mopping pad doesn't get cleaned or dried between use. This can lead to mildew and mold.

On the bright side it's worth noting that the X1 Omni is a beautiful-looking robot, thanks to the design team at Jacob Jensen (of Bang & Olufsen fame) who conceptualized its modern and sleek base as well as mopping pad. It's a big departure from the utilitarian, all-black bases used by competitors like Roborock and iRobot and is a refreshing view in a market which is dominated by clunky boxy models.
