The Tutti Bambini CoZee bedside cot wooden crib is designed to provide the best sleep possible. The side panel can be lifted by itself, too however, it's not recommended as this increases the risk of your baby falling out of the cot. This is a great feature to have for peace of mind, especially when you're breastfeeding and need frequent nighttime feedings.

Telescopic legs enable the Chicco Next2Me Magic to be used with any bed including divan bases or beds with drawers. It also comes with an option to tilt for reflux babies and a rocking mode that can bring them back to sleep after eating. It's also very large and has great ventilation due to its mesh sides.

The Next2Me Magic was easy to use and set up for our testers despite the lengthy instruction manual. It's heavier than other side-sleepers but it's still fairly portable and can be moved from room room easily. It's small enough to be able to fit in a travel bag when not in use which is a bonus if you need to transport it. The only issue our test subjects found was that the side panel didn't move as much as other models. This made it a bit harder to see your baby from your bed.

The Shnuggle Air

If you're looking for a bedside crib that will develop with your child, then the Shnuggle Air is definitely worth looking into. It's a sleeper crib that is securely attached to your bed and can be turned into a stylish cot when your baby is old enough.
