Item Upgrader Kit (
Images.Google.Com.Hk) Upgrade
Item upgrade allows players to raise the item level of weapons and armor that are equippable. This increases the effectiveness of the equipment, and also sometimes adding buffs or rolling an affix again.
It is important to keep in mind that while you can upgrade magic and common equipment, it's usually not worth it. Rare and exclusive gear will quickly outclass upgraded magic and common gear.
Cost
If a player wants to upgrade an
item level upgrade, they have to spend Gold to upgrade the item. The cost of upgrading an item is based on the item's current status and the type of upgrade. For instance, upgrading a weapon will typically be cheaper than upgrading armor, since weapons require lower levels of skill. The amount of Gold required increases as an item is upgraded.
The upgraded items will also have enhanced stats that can boost its performance in various ways. This could include increasing the power of its attack critical strike chance, or damage per second. In addition an upgraded item might be able to give additional bonuses to its equipped unit. These upgrades can be used for a variety of reasons such as to increase the overall strength of an individual or group unit. They can also be a significant influence on gameplay.
Any NPC that upgrades items can be located in the game. These NPCs can be found in the major questing areas or capital cities. Players can also locate item upgraders in dungeons that have high-level bosses and by talking to the NPCs in their garrisons of their faction.
The system of upgrading items in World of Warcraft provides players with the possibility of upgrading the level of armor, weapons and trinkets. This process is largely identical to that of gear reforging in Mists of Pandaria and Warlords of Draenor however, instead of using the currency appropriate to the task, players must visit an NPC for upgrading items to complete the process.
Upgrades to items can be costly, particularly when it is related to armor and weapons. Based on the upgrade path you select, each item level increase will cost Crests or Valorstones. The total cost could be very prohibitive for players who do not have the resources or are unwilling to grind them.
The game allows you to play a reroll of an upgraded item using a specific tool from the menu of items. This option exchanges the upgraded item for a level 1 version with an additional set of bonus effects. This can be useful to gain better results on items which are already upgraded. However, it could be a waste of time.
Requirements
The process of upgrading items that are equippable such as weapons, armor and trinkets is to raise the level of the item. This can boost their power, making them more powerful in combat. Players can upgrade gear by paying the appropriate currency at an NPC that sells upgraders for items. However, players should be aware that certain upgrades have specific requirements.
Early upgrades increase the power of the base item by one level. Later upgrades offer more significant boosts. Upgrades from levels 3 to 6 will boost the weapon's damage plus two levels. A bonus stat will also be added to the upgraded item based on the level. The bonus is a combination of a guaranteed extra substat as well as a random stat that will vary in value from upgrade to upgrade.
A player can roll an upgraded item using a Reroll Token to exchange the
upgrade items for a brand new one. The new item has a distinct set of bonuses, and a lower level of the item. The rerolled item will have different requirements for strength and dexterity. It is important to know that the item rerolled will not retain its level or have any wasted resources.
Some upgraded items can only be rerolled if the original item was a Unique, Rare or Epic. Some exceptional items can also be eligible for rerolling, but their original stats will be replaced by a flat bonus. Rerolling a Rare or Epic item will produce the normal version, and rolling the Epic version will result in an elite version.
An upgraded item may also come with additional modifiers, which could further boost its stats and enhance its performance. These additional modifiers are not included in the upgrade cost. They can be obtained through the questing process, purchasing them from the Trading Post or from other players. They can be earned through completing specific missions in the game.
To upgrade a piece equipment, you must visit the NPC [Armor] Boboko located in Central Flarine. You will require Power Dices depending on the item. (Dice 6 are dropped by monsters 21+, Giants and Bosses; Dice 12 is dropped by Bosses). You will also require various quantities of Minerals and Erons.
Time
Upgrades to items can be used to improve the stats of your ship and gear without the need to upgrade them. While upgrading isn't expensive, it is an excellent way to increase your stats without having to spend as much time in battle. However, it's important to know the cost and benefits of upgrades to your item prior to investing money or time.
Each upgrade boosts an item's base stat by a certain amount, and also offers the chance for a bonus substat increase. The random substat may vary from a modest increase to a significant boost. Concentrate on the things that are best in slot first. They will bring greater return for your investment.
You can see the time required to complete an upgrade when you open your inventory and choose the weapon, ship or accessory. The upgrade window will show the expected completion date and progress. In certain cases you may be in a position to speed up the process by using a Glyph.
It is also possible to retrieve any or all upgrade components from an item by using a special high-tier salvage kit sold by Black Lion Salvage and Ascended Salvage. This is not applicable to legendary equipment or upgrades that can be recovered using an Upgrade extractor or by making a claim with the appropriate Karma retailer.
Take advantage of the benefits
The upgrading of items grants players money and a variety of items. Every upgrade has a chance to award an random stat bonus. The value of the bonus differs for each upgrade, and it's usually higher for items that are rarer. The Great Vault can be searched by players to determine whether an item is upgradeable. The search can help determine whether the item is of a particular level and if the player could benefit from a particular upgrade.
During the upgrade process, an item will gradually advance to the next level, however, it isn't always able to reach the fully upgraded bar. The process will consume Growthstones and Sollant, but there is an opportunity to obtain an item that is fully upgraded in just one cycle of growth. The more levels an item attains the higher its boosted stat value and the more items it can upgrade into.
Upgrade components can be incorporated into trinkets, weapons, or armor to earn an attribute bonus, or an additional effect, while the equipment is being worn. Some upgrade components have additional cosmetic effects. Players can acquire upgrade components by crafting, buying from vendors, or at the Trading Post, looting, or as a reward. Players can also retrieve upgraded items using an Upgrade extractor or salvaging with a high-tier salvage kit. Glyphs, which are placed in gathering tools can be swapped without any restrictions.
By selecting the item and pressing the green button that has an arrow for rerolling the player can reroll it into another upgradeable item. This will change the layout and let players select up to six items for "recycling". The item will be replaced with one of the level 1 items. Rerolled items won't retain their current level or amount of resources needed to upgrade them.
The maximum level of upgrade for an
item upgrader mod is determined by the item's tier and its quality. Common items can be upgraded up to the maximum level of six, while Rare and Epic items can be upgraded to level nine. Upgrades to items are added to the base statistics of the item and do not increase after a certain amount.
