Cyberpunk 2077 Item Upgrading Guide
It is a crucial element to maximize the power of your gear. It lets you add additional bonus stats on top of the value of your basic item.
Each upgrade template comes with a set of options which can be changed using the edition GUI. These options include upgrading reference and upgrading chance.
Upgrade components
The method of upgrading weapons, armor and other equipment in Cyberpunk 2077 was redesigned as part of the 2.0 update. Upgrade components are available throughout Night City, and the
item level upgrade that you want to upgrade must have an upgrade slot. The game will show a preview of the expected stats for the item after upgrading. It will also display the component or material needed. If you don't have the level or resource to upgrade an item the button will read "Blocked."
The items that can be upgraded include armor and weapons as well as a few trinkets and gathering tools. The upgrade slots on each of these can be filled with different upgrades that provide attribute bonuses or additional effects when the equipment is being used. These upgrades are available through crafting, bought from a vendor, or obtained as rewards.
There are two types of upgrade components such as gems and universal upgrades. Universal upgrades that are similar to gemstones, can be used in any type of equipment and offer an inferior bonus than other types of upgrade components. The process of obtaining them is quite simple and they can be dropped by enemies, or looted throughout the world. Gems can be found by disassembling items or through fulfilling specific tasks.
Upgrades can be removed and replaced by new ones that fit in the weapon's slot. However it will destroy any previous upgrades. Except for glyphs that can be added to gathering tools, the rest of the upgrades are not able to be removed or salvaged after they are placed in an item. Infusions can be placed in legendary and upgraded equipment. Enhancements can only be recovered by using a high-quality salvaging kit or upgrade extractor.
Recycled items
During the last two world wars, shortages of natural resources drove the world to adopt recycling. Recycling items like aluminum paper, plastic and even paper is a common practice. They are given a new purpose. Recycling actually saves energy and keeps carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. Recycling is a fantastic way to avoid landfills and conserve natural resources. However, it is crucial to know what can be recycled and what can't.
A common mistake people make is putting the wrong items in the recycling bin. These materials not only pollute the water, but they can also cause damage to recycling equipment. To avoid this, read the label and follow the guidelines of your recycling program. For instance cardboard shouldn't be mixed with tin or steel cans, and tissue must be put in the garbage. Plastic bags can also become entangled in recycling machinery and should be taken to the grocery store to be reused. Other items to throw in the garbage include food containers and berry containers. Glass is the only exception, since glass is a great material to build with.
It's important to check for the label "Made from recycled content" when shopping for new products. This indicates that the product has been made using recycled materials from other products that have already fulfilled their intended use. This makes them more eco friendly than brand-new items made of virgin materials. In addition, these materials are considerably less expensive than the original ones.
Whether it's your old phone, tablet or computer, you can reuse these objects by taking them to a recycling center. They'll use the materials to make new electronic devices and other useful products. You can even get money from some of these companies by donating the old ones.
If you want your coworkers' recycling to be easier, make it standardized the colors of the bins and signage in your workplace. This will reduce confusion and increase participation rates. In addition, make sure that you have a designated place for all recyclables in your office, like a centralized bin or a box in the break room.
Reroll tokens
Reroll tokens give you a second chance of rolling the dice to gain better stats or cooler abilities. They can be found in the mystery box or as rare drops from bosses or monsters that have skulls. Each token takes one attribute point from damage and randomly rolls it into an attribute that is new. You can also roll additional attributes on items, such as regeneration and speed.
The amount of extras that are added to an item varies with each level. The value of an extra is calculated as a percentage of the total stats of the
Item Upgrader mod and rerolling a token will change this value. Moreover, the item's recycle value also increases with every upgrade. The value of the item's primary stat increases by a factor of 3 every time it's upgraded, however the value of the other stats will differ.
To reroll an item it is possible to click the dice icon next to the
item upgrades you have in your inventory. Alternatively, you can hit the button in another player's lobby and choose "Reroll". After you have rerolled the item, it will disappear from your collection.
Sagbe is a Token Shop dealer in the game. You can also earn free rerolls redeeming active codes in Fire Force Online. These codes can be exchanged to purchase a variety of items including Reroll Tokens or Clan Reroll Tokens.
Rerolls are helpful in the beginning stages of the game, when you have to build up your inventory and dungeon equipment. However, they're not the most effective way to boost your character's stats. Instead, you should focus on increasing your skill points. You can also earn bonus points for completing event levels.
You can also reroll your character's race using an reroll token for races, which is available through the Zen Market. The token can be used through specific pack purchases or through the Token Shop. It lets you change your character's race once. It can also be obtained as a reward for completing Meg's cases during the Port Sarim Invasion event.
Leveling
The statistics of an item as well as its Power Level will increase when you upgrade an item as part of the upgrade process. However it also increases the cost of upgrades and requires an amount of materials to complete the process. The type of material required is dependent on the item. For instance, weapons utilize a mixture of Destruction Stones and Guardian Stones. Armor is composed of Harmony Leapstones, Shards and other materials. The addition of additional materials can increase the chance of success, but it is not a guarantee.
The process of leveling uses a formula to determine how much damage magical attack, defense and damage the upgraded item receives at the next upgrade. The formulas vary depending on the type of weapon and rarity. In addition, there's a maximum level for each type of weapon.
Once the item has reached its highest level at which point the NPC will display an upgrade option that lets the player use the item to gain experience and upgrade it to the next level. To make the most of this process, it is important that players ensure that their gear is at its maximum level before upgrading. They will save time and money by not wasting materials or time that could have been used for other upgrades.
The NPC will display two lines while the upgrade is in progress. The first line displays how many Tech Points will be gained through upgrading the item, while the second line displays an overview of the item's upgraded appearance. The preview might not be accurate if the item has modifications. However, it can give you a rough idea.
The NPC will display the price to upgrade the item. The cost of Technology Points will be included when applicable. It will also display the cost of an Accelerator if you own one. Accelerators are available on the Exchange. They boost the Tech Points earned from upgrading by 50%. This bonus does not apply to the item's chance of quality, which resets once the item reaches the mark level.
The Upgrade NPC also provides an option to transfer gear. This allows players to save their experience and progress in upgrading an item of gear and transfer it to a different
item upgrader in the same slot. This can be useful for players who wish to upgrade their gear, but do not have enough money to buy a brand new set.
