Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrading gear increases its stats base and often increases its other features. The value of these upgrades is determined by the tiers of gear, their requirements and how many random augmentations are applied.
The racial Shield elite Razortail For instance, it is frequently upgraded to enhance its lightning absorption capability in PvP and/or provide additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more exchangeable than the non-upgraded perfect version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens allow you to reroll a purchased item, such as an armor, weapon or rings. The item is replaced by an identical
item upgrades however with different bonuses. Reroll tokens are an affordable way to upgrade gear. However, they do not retain the level of the original item and any resources wasted will not be refunded.
The survivors can acquire reroll tokens by a variety of means like the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can also be found in crates and chests, or purchased from the market at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to alter an attribute of the equipment for example, increasing its damage or granting it a brand new stat.
Players can roll equipment in three attributes, physical power, spell power and health. Physical power increases the damage caused by weapons and melee attacks, while spell power upgrades rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades give the player an additional level of health.
There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade rare and legendary. Each upgrade takes an item to a higher quality and requires an upgraded reroll token in order to produce it. Enhanced upgrades require a common item, rare upgrades require a unique or a legendary item, and legendary upgrades require three legendary items.
The marker for rerolling, unlike markers or tokens that are placed on action spaces remains on the space till the next Success is being rerolled. This lets you not waste upgrades.
Blueprints are envelopes that appear at the beginning of every Preparation phase. They are opened using Interact by pressing on them. Once they're opened they show a complete description and icon of the appliance or ingredient that they correspond to. The restaurant's shop will swap blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.
During an event, blueprints may be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on chosen Franchise Cards. This changes the blueprints that the restaurant's shop can offer for rerolls, and those that are located in the Non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
Weapons and armor, as well as accessories can be upgraded in Throne and Liberty using Growth Stones. These stones are special stones that boost the value of an
item upgrader mod by improving its stats or characteristics. These items can be obtained by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. They can also purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a cost. They can also be obtained by players who have completed daily contracts.
To upgrade equipment players first need to identify the appropriate item, and then click on the "level up" button. This will display a menu that shows the item's current status and what it will be when being leveled up and the required amount of Growth Stones to accomplish this. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade the gear will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires a single Growth Stone.
After deciding on the
item upgrading to upgrade the player has to select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay the cost. Once the player has met the requirements, he is able to select the upgrade option and apply the Growth Stones. The item will be upgraded in level by a certain percentage. The process of upgrading can last anywhere from seconds to several minutes, based on the rarity of the item.
The upgrade process also is risk-free and will not impact the longevity of the item. The system is a great way for players who wish to gain an advantage in combat but don't want burden their wallets. Clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer their experience and progress of an upgraded piece of gear onto a new piece of gear.
New players may find it difficult to acquire Growth Stones. However, there are numerous ways to acquire them, including signing contracts and buying them from the Contract Coin Merchant, defeating Abyssal Contract enemies, collecting them from the Equipment Stone Seal Book, or obtaining them from reward chests that are available during the Ancient Arena season. Players can also break down the higher-level Growth Stones into multiple lower-level stones.
Leveling
Leveling is an optional feature that allows players to increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials and then pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade components will be used up and the item will be upgraded to an upgrade to a higher level. This process continues until the item reaches its maximum level.
Items with upgraded stats will have an icon of blue next to their slot. In contrast to enchantments, upgrade components don't stack with one another, and can only be added to a single item at a time. Each upgrade component also requires an amount of items and a minimum equipment level.
The Upgrade Station features two slots: the first is where players can add equipment that needs to be upgraded, and the right shows a preview of what the gear will look like when it reaches its next level. When players have enough materials and has pressed the yellow arrow will begin the upgrade process.
A piece of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each upgrade, the base stats of the item will increase by only a tiny amount. The maximum level for an item is 19.
When an item is at its maximum capacity, it will no longer have the option to upgrade. When an item reaches a specific upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer), upgrades to that track will come with discounted prices.
upgrade item components are a type of equipment that is able to be inserted into weapons, armors trinkets, tools for gathering and weapons in order to provide an additional benefit or bonus while the equipment is in use. They can be purchased from vendors, looted, obtained through questing or exchanged between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones. However, this can cause the old upgrade to be destroyed.
Requirements
Items upgrades allow players to increase certain stats of armor and weapons they already have. The requirements to upgrade an item vary depending on the type of item, but typically you'll need Dilithium and a variety of Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).
Upgrades to items can be slotted into equipment sets and weapons for added effects or a higher
item upgrader kit level. These upgrades can be obtained through a variety of sources in the game, including through crafting, bought at the Trading Post or karma vendors, looted from bosses and raids, or dropped from dungeons. Once an upgrade component is inserted into an object, it cannot be removed or replaced. However, glyphs can be swapped freely.
The upgrade of an item can boost its Mark Level and/or Rarity. In addition, certain upgrade components come with additional modifiers that can increase the stats of an item.
For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" boosts the base defense, and provides an additional 20% chance of blocking. In addition the dps enhancement "Wildfire" boosts weapon damage.
Certain items benefit from upgrading less for their increased stats, but because it lets players get the most value from a flawless roll on the item. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for example is highly sought-after by the melee PvP communities and can be worth as much as 20-50 times the value of an unupp'd counterpart.
The game will show you the requirements when you select the upgrade component that goes into the
best Item upgrade. This includes the type of item (either Armor or Weapon) the tier of the item, the upgrade Token required, as well as the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.
If you've fulfilled the requirements for upgrading the game will put the item in your inventory, and the progress bar will be updated to indicate how close to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC who upgrades items.
