The TAVO Next glides effortlessly over all terrains thanks to its leatherette handle. It's not our tiniest stroller, but it's more difficult to lift up an uphill climb than other models.
The Cybex Gazelle moves like a gazelle, even when it's loaded down with up to three kids and food. The drawback is that it doesn't have a second seat or kid board for growing families.

For 2021, Nuna gave the TAVO an updated harness with Magnetech Secure Snap, which makes it simple and safe to fasten using just one hand.

It can only be positioned only one way, and does not come with any accessories such as a bassinet stand or rain cover. For those who want a little more then the MIXX Next is a better choice since it can accommodate all of these things.

3. Cybex Gazelle
The Cybex Gazelle is a great option for parents who need an infant stroller that can grow with their family. It is a "modular" stroller or "convertible" stroller and can be set up in more than 20 ways to accommodate various seat units, infant car seats, cots, and cradles.
We love that the Cybex Gazelle is light and easy to move around making it perfect for parents who love to explore. It also comes with a massive storage basket underneath and plenty of attachments to give parents the option to take light shopping or groceries with it. It's a bit more expensive than other two-in-one prams but it's well worth the purchase because of the quality and functionality of this model is top-quality.
This stroller features an easy-pull harness that makes secure your child's seat a breeze. It comes with a sun canopy that has XXL panels that can be removed and peek-aboo windows. It comes with a tray for parents to store snacks, drinks and phones. The handlebar can be adjusted to match the height of the parent, and the brake is easy to access, making it safe for children to use.
Our mom tester Sophie from London used the stroller with her two girls aged 5 and 10 months. She took it on uneven, hilly terrain and cobbled streets, and found it to be very comfortable and easy to move. She was delighted that the padded seats and footrests are ergonomically designed for comfort and the large shopping basket was very handy. She also loved that the fabric on the hood and handlebars could be washed in the washing machine. This is important for busy parents.
4. Joovy Twin Roo+
A minimalist frame stroller The Twin Roo+ offers car seat click-in and a large storage bin. It's one of the lightest twin strollers on the market. It weighs 24lbs with infant car seat attachments, which is a bit lighter for a double stroller. It is a bit heavier than the UPPAbaby Vista v2 Double and the Thule Urban Glide
2 in 1 highchair Double.
The Roo+ is simple to use and comes with a quick-start guide. It is easy to put together and can be on the road in less than 10 minutes. It doesn't have a built-in canopy, so your babies will require their own sunshades in case they need extra coverage from the elements.
In our tests and testing, we found the Roo+ to maneuver well for a dual stroller. It can navigate the majority of terrains with ease, although it can be difficult to maneuver over muddy areas and gravel. It can be difficult to steer over and up 1-inch curbs. We don't recommend taking this stroller off-road or on stairs, but it does offer excellent suspension to limit bumps for the passengers.
Although the Roo+ has a large under-seat storage container but it's not easy to access without taking off the infant car seats. This is a problem that twin frame strollers typically have however Joovy provides an additional baby carrier that fits under the seat to help solve this issue.
Contrary to other top-scoring models the Roo+ does not have an auto-standing fold or cup holders. This is a minor sacrifice for car seat compatibility and storage options, but we'd prefer a little more versatility from our strollers. The stroller's versatility in seating arrangement is a major benefit. Parents can put their infant car seats either opposite directions or the same direction, depending on their requirements.
5. Delta Children LX Side by Side
Delta Children LX Side by Side scored high for weight and folded size. It's the top value double umbrella stroller we've seen in our review. It also scores well on maneuverability, an essential attribute for parents looking for a stroller for travel that can fit in smaller spaces. The Delta is a basic model that lacks some features that other strollers
2 in 1 baby pram our testing provide, such as an extended recline or a large storage basket. It is a great option for families on a limited budget or for those who only require a second stroller on occasion, like for a trip to the zoo.
The LX Side by Side is a lightweight, compact stroller that is easy to push and turn. Its short frame, rotating wheels in the front and padded shoulder pad ensure a smooth ride. It's comfortable for all passengers with a multi-position recline seat and parent cup holder.
It also has a large European-style canopy that provides shade from the sun and some protection from light winds. It also comes with two storage bags and a five-point safety harness and two storage bags.
The Delta took less than three minutes to assemble, the quickest time in our test group. The manual isn't great, and the assembly does not require tools. It is one of the lighter items in our test group and folds flat, making it easy to carry and lift. In our Strollers & Multiples test, we rated the ease and comfort with which each item can be turned and pushed, opened and closed the safety harness and adjusted the brakes, opened and closed the storage basket and then removed and installed the infant car seat.
