Delta Children LX Side by Side scored highly in terms of weight and size folded. It is the best value double umbrella stroller in our review. It also scored highly for its maneuverability which is a crucial feature for parents who are looking for a stroller that will fit into small spaces. However, it's a great option for families on a tight budget and those who require an additional stroller for short-term use, like a day at the zoo.

The LX Side-by-Side is an extremely light and compact stroller. It is easy to turn and push. Its short frame, rotating wheels in the front and padded shoulder pads ensure a smooth ride. The multi-position reclining seats and cup holders for parents make it comfortable for passengers.

It also comes with a large European-style canopy which provides shade from the sun and some protection from light winds. It also has two storage bags and an all-around harness with five points for safety.

The Delta took less than three minutes to assemble, the quickest time in our test group. The manual is mediocre and the assembly does not require tools. It is one of the lightest products in our test group and can fold flat, making it very easy to carry and lift.
