What is an Item Upgrader in Pokemon Go?

The upgrader for items adds a new widget at the top of the Angel and Cash Upgrade windows. This Manager costs 33 billion Angel Investors, and has no gameplay benefit other than making it easier to buy upgrades.

Costs

The second is the cost of the materials needed for an upgrade. These items are usually Power Dices (dropped from monsters 21+), Minerals and Erons or specific Mists Of Pandaria or Warlords of Draenor Quests. The amount of these materials required can be seen in the inventory of an upgrade vendor.

It takes time to upgrade an item. It can take 8 hours, depending on the magnitude of an upgrade. The stats that are the base of the upgraded item level upgrade are calculated based upon its new ilvl as well as other properties. This calculation determines the latest Armor Class bonus, damage dice, as well as other important stats. In some cases upgrades can provide additional benefits. These perks are offered on a table.
