What is an Item Upgrader in Pokemon Go?

The item upgrader adds an additional widget to the top of both the Angel and Cash Upgrade Windows. This Manager is a cost of 33 billion Angel Investors, and has no gameplay benefit other than making it easier to purchase upgrades.

Costs

The other is the cost of the materials required for an upgrade. The items used for upgrades are usually either Power Dices (dropped by monsters 21+) or Minerals and Erons (obtainable by completing certain Mists of Pandaria or Warlords of Draenor quests). It takes time to

Success Rate

upgrade item Pity, or the addition of additional materials to your upgrade.
An Upgrade Pity is a product you can purchase from the smithing NPC in Lost Ark. It increases the chance of an upgrade succeeding by a certain percentage. It is similar to the luck bonus that some items have however it is more stable. It can be added to any armor or weapon and can be used up to three times.
It is also possible to add a number of additional elements to the upgrade, increasing the chance of success. These are shown in a window that is above the + button. There are some limitations. The maximum amount of material you can upload is shown directly above the + button.
A Blacksmith Blessing or an upgraded version thereof can be used to increase the likelihood of an upgrade succeeding. This item can be useful if your weapon or piece is near or has reached the maximum level of its tier. It allows you to upgrade the equipment to the next level without risking it breaking.
If an upgrade fails, the system will be returned to its original condition. This is usually a break, but it could also be a downgrade. It is an excellent idea to save an upgrade for when you're close to the maximum level of an item, and to use it as a last resort.

You can also choose a safeguard for your item, which will protect the item in case of failure. This protection is not free however, the cost will be lower than a new item. The safeguard can be used only once per upgrade, and will not expire until it is re-used.
The UI for the item upgrader could be difficult to navigate, but it's not impossible to navigate. The main menu appears on the left side and the upgrade window on the right.
