The
best automatic vacuum and mop Robot Vacuum That Mops
Noah Pinsonnault works as a product analyst at Good Housekeeping's Home Care and Cleaning Lab.
He tests and evaluates cleaning appliances. His focus is on mopping robots and vacuum combinations. Multitaskers are a great option for those who want to eliminate mopping from their list of things to do. Some have great navigation and obstacles avoidance. Some wash and refill mopping pads for a hands-free

The Eufy S1 Pro
This is the model you should choose if you want an
automatic vacuum cleaner that can also mop. It's smaller than other models on this list, making it easier to maneuver in tight corners and under furniture. It uses a 220 degree lidar which, when paired with its 3D Matrix camera system gives it some of the best navigation and object avoidance I've ever seen in a robot vacuum. It has a 4600mAh battery that can last up to 170 minutes if mopping and sucking is set to standard mode. (It can run longer on turbo). It can even return to its dock to replenish its battery mid-clean.
It's efficient and does a great job of cleaning my two bedroom apartment. It can vacuum carpeted rooms fast and hardwood floors in the kitchen, living room and hallways in just one sweep. The motor's 8,000pa power allows it to remove dirt as well as pet hair and poop with ease. Carpet detection automatically boosts power when it encounters rugs and the two side brushes help pull out dirt from corners.
The mopping performance, while still impressive, isn't as effective. The mop's rotating motor spins at a high rate and pushes down with 2.2lbs of force, easily scraping away dirt and staining. I've noticed that the front arm extends out a little more than other robots. This is helpful when getting into tight corners or along baseboards. The front arms can also be used to sweep larger pieces of debris, such as broken toys or books.
Another nice feature is that the S1 Pro is one of the quietest robot vacuums and mop I've tried. It is quieter and doesn't produce more noise when vacuuming or mopping. The S1 Pro is only limited by the fact that it has to utilize a specific mopping solution and is sold separately. It is easy to install, and it works well. However, if you are buying this robot vacuum for mopping purposes, you will need to pay attention to this.
The Roborock Q Revo
The Q Revo stands apart from the majority of robot vacuums which mops in its class. It comes with a wide array of features that make it an ideal choice for homeowners who want an extremely efficient, flexible, and customizable cleaning machine.
The device is equipped with a powerful and impressive cleaning system that combines LiDAR sensors and an RGB camera to map your home and locate furniture and other obstacles. This information can be used to clean effectively and efficiently. This ensures an even and thorough clean and is also quick.
In terms of mopping, Q Revo's DuoRoller mop pads can reach many different surfaces. They can reach corners, baseboards, and other hard-to-reach spots. They also have a stretchy side brush that can extend to the floor in close proximity to walls and other fixtures. In addition the mop pads can be dried and washed to prevent the build-up of dust and reduce the odors.
Another noteworthy feature is the app-based customization options. The Q Revo lets you adjust the intensity of its suction and choose between a back-and-forth or slightly more randomized pattern. You can also choose the number of passes which will determine how quickly it can move around your home. You can also choose to turn off the side brush to prevent damaging carpets and rugs.
This device has a fairly high price tag but is packed with a wide array of innovative features. It is important to remember that the device is subject to periodic costs in the form of mopping supplies and regular maintenance. For example the brushroll should be replaced every six to 12 months or after 300 hours. The filter is to be cleaned every 150 hours, and mop pads must be changed every one to three month.
This robotic vacuum cleaner has an excellent rating on Amazon and offers a wide range of physical automation features. The robot vacuum also has an energy button that doubles as a 'Clean' button' and a Home button that allows it to go home after cleaning. It also comes with a multi-functional dock that automatically empty the dustbin and refills its water tank to mop and washes and dry its mop pads.
The Shark Matrix Plus
The Shark Matrix Plus will be a good option for busy professionals or anyone looking to keep their home tidy without spending too much time on chores. It's a top-performing device, intelligent navigation, and long battery life that makes it easy to keep your home tidy with minimal effort.
The Matrix Plus
robot hoover and mop vacuum is a two-in-one mop and vacuum. It is able to perform vacuuming as well as mopping. It has two modules: a combined dry bin and water reservoir, and a separate mopping module with a microfiber pad that snaps in and out of place. Separate modules for vacuuming and mopping might seem a bit outdated, but they do mean you don't have to worry about changing disposable bags or refueling the water tank.
Our test subjects discovered that the Matrix Plus did a great job of vacuuming and mopping. Its best feature was its accurate floorplan map that it uses to determine a route when cleaning. It was easy for the Matrix Plus to navigate around furniture carpets, rugs and other obstacles. The app also gives you the option to set "No-Go zones" as well as virtual barriers, which can help to shield certain areas of your house from being scrubbed with mop.
We also noticed that the Matrix Plus did surprisingly well at picking up hair from pets. It was able to capture many of the hair that our cats shed, and even got into the nooks and crannies on our stairs, where other robots have struggled. Its noise levels were fairly low, and there were some pleasant jingles to inform you that it was beginning and finishing its work.
Its biggest drawbacks were its simple app and the necessity to change between the modules to switch between mopping and vacuuming. The app can't hold multiple maps, which could be a pain if you have a home with a mix of floors. The Matrix Plus

The Yiko X1 Omni
The X1 Omni robot vacuum is the most expensive item in our review. It does however, have certain unique features that are worth a look. The X1 Omni's main draw is its enormous dock that doubles as a charging base and the housing for two water tanks, a cleaning sink and a 2.5-liter dust bin that automatically eliminates.
The base also has a number of control buttons that let you manually start a cleaning task and then recall the robot or use the dock's automatic emptying process. Press two of the buttons to switch on a child lock, which is a nice option for parents concerned about their children playing with the vacuum.
Like other robotic vacuums the X1 Omni uses its camera to identify furniture and obstacles in its path, and then avoid them. True Mapping 2.0 navigation maps your home up to four times faster than laser detection systems.
The X1 can be prone to become stuck if it gets caught in an obstacle, such as a power cable draped over a rug. It won't function until you remove it manually. While it was not common but it was a very frustrating experience when it did happen and especially because the X1 Omni doesn't come with an "stuck" status alert in its app.
Another potential downside is another issue is the X1 Omni's inability to automatically switch between mopping and vacuuming modes during cleaning. You'll have to manually switch between the two modes, which isn't too bad but the mopping pad isn't washed or dried between uses. This can lead to mildew and mold.
The X1 Omni looks great, thanks to the Jacob Jensen design team (of Bang & Olufsen fame) who designed the sleek, modern base and mopping pad. It's a big difference from the utilitarian black bases of rivals such as Roborock or iRobot. And it's an excellent choice for an industry dominated by boxes.
