In addition to this, the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying functions. The pad can be rinsing and drying in the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty before returning to the dock. This means you can just set it and forget it, only having to change the dust bag or refill the water tank on occasion.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its usual vac- and mop-settings for approximately 160 minutes before beginning to run out of power and returned to its base to recharge. This isn't that far from the 180-minute time that Roborock claims and is at the same level as other hybrids I've tried.

This is a very complete and robust product, with the only drawback being the fact that it's costly. Its sheer number of features make it a very attractive option for anyone looking to replace their old mops and stick vacuums. We would highly recommend this vacuum if you can justify its price.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a premium robot vacuum and mop combination. Its premium price tag is justified by its powerful features, which include an impressive vacuuming capacity as well as two gyrating mops. It also comes with an app-based, smart controller and a powerful obstacle avoidance system.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuum and mop combos available with a suggested retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it was able to perform well across all areas of the home, removing 98.4 percent of the debris on all floor types and managing to lift long hair without getting caught in. It features a real-time risk detection system, and its sophisticated controls let you schedule regular cleaning sessions.

In contrast to the other hybrid vacuum mops I tried, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced debris removal on carpets. The mops of the L10S Ultra are not as effective in removing tough stains as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's top-of-the-line features, it requires regular maintenance. Its base station has to be cleaned out, and the water and dust tanks must be emptied, cleaned and dried regularly to prevent mildew and unpleasant odors. The mop pads sold separately will also require changing regularly.

I would recommend the L10S Ultra to anyone with the money. If you're on a budget I would suggest a less basic model that will allow you to save money and enjoy hands-free cleaning in your home. It's important to note that even the L10S Ultra is the best Robot Vacuum (Sloan-Sloth.Thoughtlanes.Net) and mop you can buy, its high purchase cost and maintenance costs will eventually make it more of a wish rather than a requirement.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

Its roller runs almost the full width of the bot and is constantly filled with ozonated, clean water from its dock. The roller scrubs the floor while soaking up dirt. Any dry debris is picked up with the side brushes or swept into the front bumper. The S1 Pro is able to dump dirty mop water in its base station where it is sucked by the tank's heater elements, and then it is emptied into a bigger storage container. The onboard tank holds a good amount of water and can handle a half dozen mopping sessions before running dry.

Like many robotic vacuums and mop sets like the S1 Pro is ready to come out from the box. The S1 Pro will need to be refilled with clean water. This is easily accomplished in the cleaning dock. If you'd like to make use of your own cleaner you can include a cleaning solution to the dock. The mopping system itself is capable cleaning up a significant portion of a space before it needs to return to its dock and the vacuum's powerful suction is capable of removing debris and pet hair on carpets.

The application that runs the appliance is quite dense, and offers many options to customize the cleaning process. You can choose to manually start the full map and then clear everything that's been that is mapped by the device or you can pick individual rooms, expandable zones, or even a routine that you've set up. There are a number of mopping options which include SmartPlan -- an algorithm that utilizes the sensors on the mops to determine the most efficient method to clean your home as it maps the space.

The Qrevo was a great performer in our tests, just like all the Roborock models that we've evaluated. Its navigation system is efficient by quickly mapping rooms and cleaning in an organized way. The 'Normal' setting for pathing does an excellent job of covering a room, with no major gaps or missed areas. The Reactive Tech hazard avoidance system works fairly well, too although it's not as advanced as the color camera system of the Qrevo Master or the S8 Pro Ultra. It is able to detect dangers like thick carpets but may not be able to recognize smaller items such as electrical wires and rug tassels.

This device has a major flaw: it does not have a mop option after vacuuming. This could be a problem for people who vacuum frequently prior to using their robot. There's a simple solution to this issue: the app offers a feature that allows you to "clean up" at the end of each session. This allows you to use the mopping function of the vacuum to get rid of the last traces of debris and dust left behind by your vacuuming.
