The Cloud received one of the lowest marks in our tests of quality because it has a flimsy seat, made of hard plastic, and a design which appears outdated. It's also more expensive than other strollers that are lighter. This makes it a poor option for those seeking an affordable option.

It's not the lightest stroller but it comes with enough features to make it worth considering. Its swiveling wheels make easy to move it around flat surfaces. It can also jump curbs without much effort. The Cloud's low handle is a drawback but it's at knee level and isn't adjustable. It's difficult to push while your legs are hanging in this manner. And the absence of padding does not make it any easier.

In our tests, we discovered that the Cloud was simple to set up and open. Close it can be a bit more difficult. You must slide the slider and then press the large white button. This can be frustrating, especially if you're juggling kids while doing it.

The Cloud comes with a small but deep storage basket that could accommodate a medium-sized diaper bag. The basket is a bit narrow and you may have to put something in it to reach the back. The Cloud comes with a parent tray and a child tray, each with two cup holders. Both are too small for larger cups or bottles.

Kolcraft is an established family business that has been in existence since 1946. They started out making crib pads and diapers however, they now manufacture a variety of baby products, including highchairs and infant car seats. The company is based in Chicago and is an American manufacturer.

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS

Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS is a lightweight and minimalist double stroller that's great for travel. It weighs only 18lbs, which is lighter than some single strollers. It folds flat, making it easy to carry and store. It also comes with independently reclined seats and large all-weather SPF50 sun visors with large windows with peekaboos and under-seat storage bags. The visors can be adjusted to fit kids of various heights. It also has an integrated one-step parking brake and is Disney-size approved.

The swivel wheels of the Jeep are also fantastic for navigating over bumps and uneven surfaces. This stroller is not compatible with car seats. Your child must be at minimum six months old and have a strong neck control to use the front seat. The stroller does have an umbrella sun canopy with three panels and each seat comes with a cupholder and snack tray.

Valco Baby Snap Duo Trend is yet another extremely light stroller with a side by side. It's heavier than the Kolcraft Cloud Plus, at 23 pounds. However, it's narrower and slimmer (26.5 inches wide!) It's got a lot of elegant features that make it perfect for travel. It folds up easily and is very mobile. It is easily able to fit in the overhead compartments and the trunks of planes.

Similar to the Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ Double and Mountain Buggy Nano Duo, the Joovy Kooper X2 is another tri-fold ultralight off road double buggy stroller. It's similar to the Jeep Destination Ultralight SBS but it has a few distinct distinctions. It's a bit more expensive, but has a better sun canopy and better maneuverability. It also comes with a handy carry strap that can hold children as heavy as 44 pounds per seat.

Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+

Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+ is a lightweight stroller with lots of features. It's not just light at just 13 pounds but also comes with plenty of storage in the form of child and parent cup holders, a sippy cup for children pocket as well as a parent storage compartment and much more. It can also be used with the car seat of your child and features a brake that can be used flip-flop.
