What is an Item Upgrader in Pokemon Go?

The item upgrader is an additional widget to the top of both the Angel and Cash Upgrade Windows. This Manager costs 33 billion Angel Investors and offers no benefits to gameplay other than making it easier to see and purchase upgrades.

It boosts

Costs

Upgrades come with certain costs associated with them. The most significant cost is the upgrade itself. The cost for this upgrade can be costly and depends on the new level of the item upgrades as well as the number of perks it receives. It can also be expensive to upgrade an item to a higher tier (such as Explorer > Champion or Veteran > Heroic).
