Guild Wars 2 Item Upgrade

Item upgrade, commonly called "upping," improves an item's stats. Each upgrade increment boosts the stats linearly.

Players can recycle six items at once to gauge the upgraded component of each item. The cost of recycling items scales according to their rarity and level.

Upgrade components

A level upgrade in Guild Wars 2 is a process that can boost the stats of your weapons and armor. This can be accomplished through a variety of methods through the use of upgrade components or by increasing the rarity of an item or its mark level.
