However, I found that the X10 could get stuck on some thicker rugs, crashing noisily over them, and sometimes pushing its front brush into them.

Overall, this is a top-notch robot vacuum and mop, but it's disappointed by a confusing application. Unlike the iRobot app, which holds your hand throughout the process of setting up your robot and instructing you how to use it but the Eufy Clean app leaves you to work things out on your own. It's still a great option but it also offers plenty of options for customization for those looking to make the most of its features.
